R2900 (all inclusive): Out of Community of Property Without Accrual
R3100 (all inclusive): Out of Community of Property With Accrual
Our all-inclusive fee includes: drafting and registration of your ANC at the Deed's Office (they charge R419 for registration), a certificate to the marriage officer and a zoom consultation (should you and your partner want to discuss the different matrimonial systems).
Please note: Out of Community of Property (With/Without Accrual) where specific and extensive terms are required in addition to the standard terms will be R2900/R3100 respectively plus an additional fee which will be quoted beforehand depending on the extent of the additional provisions (contact for queries)
